Can my cashiers or kitchen staff access the AI agent?
No. InfoOS strictly separates owner and staff permissions. Cashiers and kitchen workers only have access to their billing or KOT screens. Only the store owner or manager can access the AI assistant.
Does my business data train external AI models?
Never. InfoOS allows you to connect your own API key directly. Your daily sales and customer information travel privately and are never used to train public AI models.
What prevents the AI from accidentally modifying my stock or prices?
The AI cannot make changes on its own. Whenever you ask to update inventory or log an expense, the AI generates a clear digital preview card (like a bill receipt). No stock or price in your store is changed until you click 'Approve'.
