Yes, completely. InfoOS is built natively as an offline-first Windows desktop application. Billing, inventory deductions, receipt printing, kitchen KOT routing, and barcode scanning all run locally from your machine's SQLite database. When internet is restored, automatic cloud backup syncs your transaction logs in the background without freezing the screen.
